Barrie's Trim and Door Makeover Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
 - Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
 - Participants must reside and work in Ontario.
 - To qualify for entry, participants must spend a minimum of $500 (pre-tax) at Trim Depot Barrie

2. Entry Requirements:

To enter the giveaway, participants must spend at least $500 (pre-tax) at Trim Depot Barrie between 7:00 AM on April 21st, 2025, and 1:00 PM on May 3rd, 2025. Every qualifying purchase will automatically enter the customer into the giveaway.

Only purchases made in-store or via phone at Trim Depot Barrie are eligible. Purchases made at any other locations are excluded.

There is no limit to the number of entries. Each qualifying $500 purchase grants one entry.

3. Intellectual Property Rights:
By submitting before-and-after photos and/or videos of the project to Trim Depot, participants grant Trim Depot a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the submitted media for promotional and marketing purposes related to the giveaway.

The winner retains ownership of the intellectual property rights to their photos and videos.

4. Prize:
The prize consists of a Trim and Doors Package valued up to $1500. The winner may select trim and doors from available profiles at Trim Depot Barrie, up to the total value of $1500 (pre-tax).

We invite the winner to send before-and-after photos and/or videos of their Trim Depot Trim & Doors Makeover. These may be featured on our social media platforms and in promotional emails, with the winner's name or company name credited.

Even if you don't win, we encourage you to still share your before-and-after photos with us! We may feature your project on our social media and tag you/your company, showcasing your work.

The prize is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may be subject to availability.

5. Winner Notification & Selection:
The winner will be randomly selected from all qualifying entries after the giveaway period ends.
The winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release, as well as any other required documentation, within a specified time frame to claim the prize.

The winner will be notified via phone or email by May 5th, 2025. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, a new winner may be selected.

The winner will be publicly announced via email and social media on May 10th, 2025.

6. Publicity:
By accepting the Trim Depot Home Makeover Giveaway prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, and submitted photos or videos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, press releases, and other marketing materials.

7. Disqualification:
Trim Depot reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.

8. Modification or Termination:
Trim Depot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Trim Depot Home Makeover Giveaway at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

9. Governing Law:
The Trim Depot Home Makeover Giveaway and these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By participating in the Trim Depot Home Makeover Giveaway competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
